The Skydeck Tower of Victoria story was in desperate need of an overhaul. After more research, the story had morphed into something completely different than what I had written initially (not surprising since it was one of my first stories, and I've learned an awful lot since then). The entire story has been thrown in the crapper and rewritten to reflect the full story of Victoria's never-built towers. It's a long one, but if you like tower stories...
