The original story of the Skydeck Tower of Victoria was in desperate need of an overhaul. After conducting further research, the story had evolved into something completely different from what I had written initially (not surprising, given that it was one of my first stories, and I've learned a great deal since then). The story was thrown in the crapper and rewritten to better reflect the surprising tale of Victoria's never-built towers. It's a long one, with a tragic ending, but if you like tower stories...
