A small collection of interesting land sales of the island's first one hundred years.
Vancouver Island Real Estate saw significant changes at the turn of the 20th century, especially on the island's south end. Large Estates that had been acquired and established in the earliest days of colonization were being subdivided. Lots were sold individually as a small farm or as part of a new community being heavily marketed.
This collection will be occasionally updated. All items listed here will be featured on Papertown Station's subpage Refried Advertised.
